Pickled Pork

Ingredients

  • WM Meats Pickled Pork
  • 2 tablespoons brown malt vinegar
  • 2 dried bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 6 cups water (approx)

Method

  1. Place pork, vinegar, bay leaves, pepper and brown sugar into slow cooker add water- just enough to cover the pork
  2. Cook, lid on, on low for 8 hours
  3. Remove pork from liquid and stand for 10 minutes before slicing
  4. Serve with mashed potatoes & vegetables
