Collection: The Bellingen Smokehouse - Traditionally Smoked Fish

We are very proud to introduce you to the gorgeous Artisan smoked products from The Bellingen Smokehouse! 

Since 2003, The Bellingen Smokehouse has been using traditional methods to produce top quality smoked fish.  They source the fish, and then smoke them at their very own artisan Smokehouse in New South Wales' Bellinger Valley.  They pride themselves on their selection of fish, which are delivered fresh and processed within hours of arriving at the Smokehouse.  The same care is taken in selecting their smoking timbers, which all come from within the Bellinger Valley.

There are no artificial preservatives in their products - only sea salt and wood smoke.
